Kastania Caves
          The Kastania Cave is a remarkable sight to see. Is located on the southest side of the Peloponnese region near the village of Kastania. You can get there by following the Southwest road that has stunning views leading towards Cape  Maleas. Get ready to be enchanted by the stalagmites and stalactites of the caves in 45-minute tour. You will witness the various shapes, colors and figures of this unique occurrence that nature has created. The Kastania Cave is classified one of the 3rd most beautifull limestone caves in Europe and it took 3 millions years for it to form.
The Cave of Kastania will operate as follows:
Until 31/05/22 from Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday from 10:00-15.30.
From 1/06/2022 untill 31/10/2022 daily from 10:00 untill 17.30.
The tours start every hour. Each tour lasts 30-45 min.
Ticket prices: 7€ for adults, 3€ for children and handicapped people.
Kiosk facilities provided for rest and refreshments.
In a closed distance from Kastania Cave, is located the quiet beach of Panagia
