The Watermill of Talanta
         This restored watermill will take you on a trip to the past. (The watermill is open to the public every Saturday 10:00-14:00). The mill is in the gorge of Talanta surrounded by nature. You can get to it by following the stone path from the village of Talanta for about a 10-minute walk. Here you will be greeted by the miller that will show you the traditional way of wheat grinding.
         You will have the chance to buy freshly grinded whole wheat flour. For those of you who enjoy hiking there is the A1 hiking trail that begins at the mill. The trail consists of a 7-kilometer route through a canyon, that leads to the sandy beach of Xaraxia.
